Beware of the real costs: There is a one time cleaning cost of 500THB and electricity and water also costs approx. 125 THB per day. Kids are also cost extra money, our three small children amounted to 200THB a day. Thus, total cost of the room was not 850THB AS displayed on booking.com gut instead a total of 850+500+200+125 yielding 1625THB or a total of 2850THB for two days. For such a kind of room this was simply too much. The A/C is super old and has only one adjustment all others are not working. The bed cover and pillows are very old and smelly. The other sleep opportunities (Couches) are really bad. The toaster went broke at first usage, other stuff in the room was also very old and subject to be not working any more soon. There is only one Key Card but you need the Key Card for getting out of the building which is also very inconvenient. The owner seems to be nice but is just after money, no discount no nothing.

The Host was excellent and very helpful, great place to eat is a place called Sea Memories, about 10 minute walk from property.

Bit far out from the centre but plenty off transport to be able to get there
