Chalong Beach Front Residence

Room was super comfortable, great view, away from the busy street, aside from issues below, the room seemed really nice and clean, and was amazing to wake up to the sound of bird each morning.

There was often nobody at the front desk, and when I sent a WhatsApp to the number at the front desk, nobody ever responded. The first time I walked in, while I was struck by the beauty and natural light, I saw a single rat dropping on my bed. Thankfully was the only one I saw my whole stay. There was a piece of chewed gum on the balcony chair from previous guests.

If you are looking for something simple and affordable this is a good place. I just needed something nearby in Rawai that was good enough to come and go from, it wasn't for an elaborate holiday. It also had a fridge, stove and microwave which would have been useful if I planned to use it.

The aircon in room 2 was very loud. You can also hear people walking upstairs and there was construction at 3am. I bought ear plugs and this helped greatly. Also, the 'beach front' is for the views, it's not really a beach you can swim in as it's very shallow and I think mainly for boats. For the price though, this is what I expected, so not complaining.

This owner and staff were very nice and easy to deal with . The clean pool was right out side our patio door and that was such a bonus

The Place and the service was very good.

The air-conditioner was a little bit old and therefore was loud.

The pool was nice and a really good seafood restaurant next door.

I was very satified and can't think of anything really. The shower was not hot but luke warm, I don't think Id like hot showers in +30 c weather.
