Hostitelka byla velmi milá a ochotná. Pokoj jsme využili na jednu noc, při čekání na trajekt. Je úplně dostačující. Velkou výhodou je docházková vzdálenost do přístavu.

Ilmastointi oli hyvä, sänky ja tyynyt pehmeitä ja huone siisti. Sekä älytelkkari oli mukava lisä ja jääkaappi oli tilava. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen olivat nopeat ja helpot.

Vessan roskis oli hyvin pieni

Die Unterkunft war gut und wurde jeden Tag geputzt, daher sehr saubere Zimmer. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die kleine Küche war an der Rezeption, hier hätte man kochen können. Es gab auch einen Toaster und man hätte Brot nebenan kaufen können. Bett war vergleichsweise weich und bequem. Je nachdem ob Ebbe oder Flut war, war man in 3min oder in 15min zu Fuß am Strand (bei Ebbe konnte man außen um die Häuser rum). Der Nachtmarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und auch Stände, um Bootstouren zu buchen.

Rezeption war meist nicht besetzt, man kann aber anrufen, von dem her nicht schlimm. In der Küche ist es recht warm. Bei uns im Bad hat der Duschvorhang geschimmelt, deswegen hat es leicht gestunken.

La struttura non raggiunge la sufficienza per questione di pulizia e igiene. Capelli/peli nelle lenzuola e odore fortissimo di muffa nel bagno, nella hall quelli che viene offerto gentilmente è invaso dalle formiche e quindi non mangiabile.Mi spiace perché la signora è stata molto gentile ma non è una struttura da 8.4

Our stay was very disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of basic maintenance. Here are the issues in order: Inventory List: Upon entering the room, we found a detailed inventory list on the table (listing fines for every item, even spoons). Many items were missing from the start. When we called the owner to clarify, she claimed they "never actually charge guests," and the staff then took the list away and did not return it. This creates a very unwelcoming and suspicious atmosphere. Room Layout: The room only has an interior window facing the entrance corridor. There is no natural light or fresh air, which makes the room feel very enclosed. Faulty A/C & Lack of Accountability: The A/C was faulty and did not cool the room sufficiently. In Koh Lanta's extreme heat, it is completely unacceptable to rent out a room without ensuring the A/C is fully functional. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner insisted we were using the wrong remote settings and even suggested we cancel the reservation and move to another hotel. Only after repeated calls was a fan provided and a technician promised for the next morning. When we called again to check the status, the owner claimed the technician had canceled and would arrive in the afternoon, which is finally what happened. Language Barrier: The reception staff does not speak English. Every issue had to be handled via phone calls with the owner, making communication tedious and frustrating. Bottom line: A guest should not have to "fight" for basic amenities. I would not recommend staying here.

Sehr gute Lage für kurze Aufenthalte fußläufig zum Pier. Nette Gastgeberin und eine kleine kostenlose Frühstücksauswahl (Kaffee, Toast, Marmelade) wurde bereitgestellt.

Das Bad war etwas klein mit wenig Ablagefläche. Die Wände sind etwas dünn es ist also eher hellhörig.
