Room as the pictures . Short walk to the beach

Only problem was a gap in the door so I was getting a lot of mosquitoes in the room

Nice room good AC,host was lovely and helped with any problems or questions.ended up staying an extra 2 nights.Quiet room good location!

Had basic essentials, clean, convenient location. This accommodation was right opposite the Hidden depths dive shop where we went diving for the week, which was super convenient. The room was small but comfortable.

The bathroom drainage was not great and would have preferred to have more hanging space in the room and bathroom.

Great location, nice, clean room, very comfortable bed. We actually stayed 2 more nights because we liked it here so much

Close to Saladan pier, near lots of restaurants. Had Netflix!

No window in room, toliet slightly dirty.

The breakfast was nice, although it was the same thing every day: Eggs, bread, sausage, jam and butter. It was close to the beach, but there is no private beach as it says in the description. The rooms were also okay, but not as good looking as on the pictures.

The toilet in our room was not attached to the floor, so it was moving every time we sat on it. Also when we flushed the water was not properly drained and went outside of the toilet.. We told the host and he made a temporary fix though, so we could use the toilet for a couple more days.

The property is in a great location near most things you will need (night market, shops, restaurants and bars)- but a bike is a must if you’re in koh Lanta and want to see the beaches! The hotel is small but does the job! There is free water, nice clean towels and clean bedding. The bed was comfortable. TV has nextflix ect which came in handy as I was unwell when we first arrived and couldn’t leave the hotel much so entertainment was much appreciated. We stayed for 3 days and our room was cleaned during this which was to a high standard.

The AC is very poor- it hardly worked for us. We rented a scooter from the hotel and it broke down on us, a few Thai locals helped us and said the battery was completely dead. The scooter was cheap but still shouldn’t be given to guests if not safe- the owner (we think?) came to fix it but with no apology or offer of replacement. The next day we went to use the bike and it wouldn’t start again. So a waste of money! Definitely rent a bike elsewhere!

Location close to the pier and the village Just stayed there to get on the boot to lipe So it was alright For longer stay not for my But for backpacker / hostel people a good alternatief

For my purpose oke No bar or outside place to relax
