"Perfect - a home away from home."

Amazing location - and super convenient to have a cafe (with a play area my kids loved) downstairs. comfy beds, super helpful staff (Yayah and Siri are amazing) felt like home. Well equipped and perfect for a family stay.

Things that I liked about this property were, staff were super friendly, very clean and well maintained building. The apartment was cleaned daily and felt cosy. The bathroom was modern and the shower was great. For a solo traveller, the privacy is great. Very close to restaurants, beaches, scooter rental and 711.

One things that I didnโ€™t like was for the first 3 days, I had a nest of mosquitoes in my unit but nothing bug spray didnโ€™t fix! Other than that, everything was really good!

"Passable, but will not hurry back."

Location was OK. Nice lady on reception. Slightly late check out was allowed.

No restaurant on top floor as advertised. No instructions to reset safe number. Lift in constant use, mainly by cleaners not guests. Breakfast poor and expensive. Pool area disappointing, no restaurant so no food or drink. Poor numbering system for rooms. Property number is 69; why on every key tab? If in room with 6, 9, 1 or 0 in; very confusing if key upside down !! Breakfast in g. floor coffee shop, not restaurant. Very poor for buffet breakfast and cost 250thb. Restaurant around corner had excellent breakfast for 220thb incl oj and coffee.

"Stay away and fine somewhere else."

Nothing

Very disappointed. The room without electricity. No service no help, just only โ€œSorryโ€ and โ€œSorryโ€ and โ€œSorryโ€. And noting at all, just blame to other.
