Apartment and facilities were great. Swimming Pool, gym and sauna all great. Cleaned the room every few days and replaced towels which was great.

No hot water in the shower - told the agency they got someone round on the 2 day, but then just said it was broken and never fixed it. Thankfully Thailand is a hot place, so a warm shower isn't a deal breaker - however they need to get this fixed.
