KATA PENTHOUSE SEA VIEW private POOL

The views from the apartment are amazing. Sunrise to sunset, there was never a moment to not sit outside and take in the beautiful views. Location was great too, so close to all shops and the beach. It was a haven to come back to every time we ventured out. Great option for a family with older children.

The water pools a bit out to the bathroom floor when you have a shower, it’s ok when you get used to it and easily swept away.

The location is great but you will need to be active to manage the steep slope and flights of stairs.

We absolutely loved this accommodation. We were in the penthouse with the private pool. The area was super spacious - a beautiful outdoor area with some sun beds & an outdoor table. Inside was two bedrooms with a really spacious living area/kitchen in the middle. We actually loved hanging out at the apartment - a few stairs to the top but was worth it. It's a close walk to the main area of Kata so lots of restaurants/massage parlours/convenient stores. Easy to get around & the beach was a short walk which was nice. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would come back ourselves.

Nice cosy,spacious clean apartment. Good location to the main road and near the beach.

If a person has issues with legs,the apartment is up the hill and there are lots of steps to reach the 3rd floor.

Everything Beautiful view in a beautiful villa. Spacious and comfortable and very private Host channok is very helpful and friendly lady Was sad to leave

The location & view.

A poorly maintained property. Constant water leaks from the bathroom sinks and the kitchen. By leaks we mean big puddles, we had to use the beach towels to soak up the water. Having a shower was a 2 person task, ie one to stop the water going everywhere whilst the other had a very quick shower! The leak on our first morning was sort of repaired, the remaining leaks was not. We did bring these issues to the staff, plus they could not miss the soaking wet towels on the floor. The penthouse is surrounded by glass panels, beware as the none of the panels including the sliding doors have Warning markers on them, yes one of us walked into a closed glass door and she was sober! Additional note - if you have issues with steep stairs, I mean steep, this is not the place for you.
