Easy airport access, large room with a separate kitchen space and a small balcony. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Room was next to a water pump, it was noisy and annoying in the nighttime. Dishes in the kitchen weren't clean and no dishwashing liquid or sponge was available. Bathroom and toiletries basic. Must take stairs up/down as elevator is stopping between floors, inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

Very clean, new and spacious. For me, the location was perfect, in a nice local neighborhood away from tourists but restaurants and 7/11 right there. 15-20 min walk to Chiangmai gate, near Silver Temple. Close to airport but no noise. Nimmen area, for example, much noisier with regard to airplane noise. Previous reviews have listed communication problems with staff, but come on, you’re in a foreign country and can’t expect everyone to speak English. Stay home or use your translator app. Staff were very nice and friendly!

Facilities were great EXCEPT that I booked this because it has kitchenette. Appliances were great, but not plugged in and there were no dish cloths or cleaning liquid and cutlery very limited. No fork, one glass, crappy pot etc. I ended up going out and buying this stuff myself! It would cost very little to fix this but it’s as if they don’t want you to use the cooking facility. Other reviews have mentioned this but they don’t seem to respond. Otherwise, perfect.

Wenn man ein Scooter hat, ist man schnell überall. Die Residenz liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, aber ohne viel Deko oder so eingerichtet. Ich glaube, dass die meisten Menschen es für länger buchen, weil für mich hat es sich für 2 Nächte nicht wirklich gelohnt.

Ich hatte mich mega drauf gefreut hier zu kochen, ist aber nicht möglich, wenn man keine (wirklich null) Küchenutensilien hat. Wofür hat man dann eine Küche mit Herdplatte? Auch nach Anfrage beim Personal konnten sie mir nichts geben. Sehr enttäuschend, weil auf manchen Bildern Küchen abgebildet sind, die eine volle Ausstattung haben. Wenn manche Menschen dann da 1 Monat drin wohnen, kauft man sich doch auch keine ganze Küchenausstattung oder? Ein anderer Punkt war, dass als ich da ankam keiner da war. Ich musste 4-5 Mal anrufen, bis jemand dran gegangen ist und endlich jemand kam. Hatte vorher über Booking meine Ankunftszeit angegeben.
