"Highfloor Condo in central location with stunning rooftop pool and very friendly/helpful owner!"

Nice condo with balcony. Seaview to the side. Location is in the middle of everything but still I got not disturbed by noise as of the high floor (26). Pool with stunning view. Sam, the owner of the condo is amazing. He is avaliable when you need him and he delivers solutions or gives recommendations on point. You will feel welcome. Thank you. Nothing to complain about the condo. Pool on the rooftop can get crowded, but that is nothing unexpectable. (some people will always complain about something, but your expectations have to be realistic when considering the price).

"Nice apartment in Pattaya"

Location, high level that blocked out a lot of the noise and the balcony with a small area view. Great communication from the owner and his staff.

The bed was rock hard. Also the rooftop was completely out of action, which was frustrating as I specifically booked this place for the rooftop pool.

"Nice apartment"

Nice apartment, have a washing machine and a decent view over Norh Pattaya + a side seaview. Wifi worked well. Gym is basic, nearby you have many restaurants, big shopping mall etc. Overall the Base is a pretty good location in Pattaya. I asked for 2 more towells, it was free of charge.

In the evening due the lots of bars nearby is quite noisy till 3AM, earplugs are recommended.
