This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Chang Noi Paradise Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires a prepayment deposit via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking, with information on how to make the prepayment. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once the email is received. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. Please note that room rates do not include water and electrical usages. The electrical usage will be charged at THB 7 per kilowatt and the water will be charged at THB 80 per cubic metre. Room cleaning will be provided 3 times per week, while bed linen change is provided once per week. Please be informed that extra linen for sofa beds are not included in the room rates and must be separately as an extra bed fee.
