Very nice, 1 room 1 kitchen and balcony. Very wide and clean.

It has no elevator but its not a big problem. Only 3 floors.

"Great value and perfect location."

Great value for the money. Perfect location near nai harn beach and restaurants. Close to 7/11 and pharmacy next door. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great staff as well.

nice location, nice & specious room, overall good value for money we had a non street facing room, it was quiet and had an awesome view

Kind of help yourself property, no one was there for anything except that someone comes to kind of tidy or organize the room yet the room had some ants & the bed sheet had small sand on it

Clean apartments. Cozy interior. Excellent housekeeping. Lots of space. Polite friendly staff. Very convenient location: 10 minutes walk to the beach, near a beautiful lake and fruit shops. 3 minutes walk to 7-eleven.

Nearby there is a bar with loud music and screams until 2-3 am. Earplugs didn't help. The music is so loud as if you are in a nightclub even though you are sitting in a room with the windows closed. The sleep pattern was disturbed, the head hurt from the noise. This caused discomfort.

Great location for me, with Nai Harn beach about a 25 minute walk away, and many restaurants and some bars nearby. Construction finished (was happening on both sides of the property last year) and my rear-facing unit was very quiet. Frequent but unobtrusive cleaning by staff.

Some more kitchen utensils would be handy - can opener, corkscrew etc.
