Ho declinato la prenotazione perché mi sono trovato di fronte a una struttura fatiscente. Una truffa propinata con l'inganno, usando Booking per mostrare delle foto false, come le due gentili signorine all'accoglienza. In verità, al loro posto, c'è un fatiscente desk per noleggiare motorini. (vedi foto allegata). Inoltre, la camera si trova al secondo piano, raggiungibile da una scala stretta con gradini molto alti e ripidi. Avrei dovuto portare i bagagli sulla testa a mo' di sherpa e soggiornarci 26 notti al prezzo totale di 3000,00 euro. Una vera follia! I would have had to carry my luggage on my head like a Sherpa and stay 26 nights for a total price of €3,000. Absolute madness!

This lady really is one in a million. She has been so accommodating. Nicest person in thai land. We have been stranded dye to airspace closure and she has allowed us to keep our room at a cost price too. Nothing is to much ans I woild highly recommend for anyone visiting Kata to see her place out. We will be back to kata and will 100% be staying here again

Sii is a fantastic host, she was so kind and welcoming and helped with everthing during our stay, even renting us a scooter without the need to leave a passport or deposit. The room is spacious, clean and comfy, and in a quiet street right near the beach. If you are consodering staying in kata this is a great option. Support a local business.

Quiet location and easy walking to night market. AC worked and bed was ok.

The stairs were many (84) to our room. They don’t clearly state cleaning routine. Our garbage was overflowing.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit allem, was man braucht. Das Zimmer ist zwar eher kompakt, bietet aber ausreichend Platz. Besonders angenehm ist das breite Doppelbett mit jeweils zwei Kissen pro Person (groß und klein). Das Bett war für mich relativ bequem, was natürlich subjektiv ist. Die Einrichtung ist nicht hochmodern, aber funktional und durchdacht. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Schrank, Safe, Kühlschrank sowie eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Küchen­ausstattung mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, löslichem Kaffee, Geschirr und sogar einem Flaschenöffner – man vermisst wirklich nichts. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß genug und verfügt über eine breite Dusche. Die Besitzerin ist bis spät abends vor Ort, reinigt täglich das Zimmer und wechselt regelmäßig Hand- und Badetücher. Zusätzlich stehen Strandtücher zur Verfügung, die man einfach mitnehmen und später in einen Korb legen kann – sie werden problemlos ausgetauscht. Die Lage ist sehr gut: zentral, alles in der Nähe und trotzdem ruhig, da das Hotel in einer Parallelstraße liegt. Der schöne Strand ist eigentlich ganz nah; durch große Hotelanlagen muss man zwar einen kleinen Umweg gehen, ist aber in etwa 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß dort. In direkter Umgebung gibt es Massagen, einen 7/11, Night Market sowie zahlreiche Restaurants. Bei der Besitzerin kann man außerdem Motorroller mieten, Ausflüge buchen oder ein Taxi bestellen, was sehr praktisch ist. Da es sich um keine große Hotelanlage handelt, ist es insgesamt angenehm ruhig. Ob es einen Parkplatz gibt, kann ich nicht sicher sagen – ich habe zumindest keine freie Parkmöglichkeit in der Straße gesehen, daher vermutlich eher schwierig. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service, toller Lage und vollständiger Ausstattung..

Vielleicht fehlener Fahrstuhl, der für etwas ältere Gäste problematisch sein kann. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war gut, aber nicht super, weil Hochsaison um das Neujahr herum. Zu etwas späterem Zeitpunkt kann die Unterkunft sogar preiswerter gebucht werden. Also, wer kein Resort, kein überteuertes Hotel braucht, ist hier richtig.
