absolutely nothing!

WARNING! A stinking, old pigstall with countless defects! The apartment was in a very dirty, disgusting state on check-in. It obviously has never been cleaned for many months or even years. Upon mentioning this to the owner, a guy from the UK, he refused to send a cleaner. The whole apartment stinks permanently because of the old toilet and sewer system! You cannot seriously spend holidays in this literal pigstall. we suffered having to stay in this filthy, dirty place with countless defects. The description in Booking.com about the size of the apartment is wrong and misleading. The condo has a size of 37 m², not 47 m² The bedsheets were dirty, disgusting. The shower was dirty, as well as the mirror, tiles and fittings in the bathroom, disgusting One of the two hotplates in the kitchen did not work, so proper cooking was not possible. The owner was told on check-in, but he refused to send a technician to fix the problem The fittings in the kitchen were filthy too, digusting The toilet was filthy The TV in the bedroom was missing The wifi in the apartment had to be restarted nearly every hour and made it impossible to do work with it continually. The sofa was broken and not fixed properly. it was covered with a piece of adhesive tape and looked awful The pictures in Booking.com seem to be from another apartment, not this one, which is fraud One day a last reminder to pay the electricity and water bill appeared on the door of his door, so it seemed to us that the owner was not able to pay the electricity and water bill on time. The dated sprayer hose of the toilet burst one night when we were out. When we came back, the bathroom and some of the other rooms were under water. The toilet was not useable, so we bought a new sprayer hose first thing in the morning and fixed it properly, but the owner, a very rude guy from England, refused to compensate us.

The price for facilities was hard to beat... the roof top pool was AMAZING and great views... only a 7 minute walk to a GREAT beach and lots of excellent restaurants close by. Local FAMILY MART 300 meters away.

the location from Pattaya needs a taxi but for 1-2USD its not an issue... the location is a little older but you don't live in your room when on vacation
