Lovely staff, especially the sweet couple who take care of the property. Very nice , clean pool and beautiful gardens too. In walking distance to a nice beach too, however, we soon realised one needs a car or bikes to appreciate the island of Samui, especially with kids. The apartment is functional, with a kitchen and cooking facilities, which is good for families.

You have to pay extra for electricity, which was not made very clear on booking.com. It says ' you pay extra for aircon', which is easy to overlook or misunderstand. Also, we found the furniture in the lounge very uncomfortable, and the two beds in the kids room were not particularly comfortable either. Be careful of the very hot water in the showers if you have small children, as it's hard to control the temperature.
