Nothing it was a disappointment

Both air-conditioning units were broken. The bedroom Aircon didn't work so we slept on sofa in lounge. the one in lounge didn't swing so it was freezing cold sleeping on the sofa There was a dirty pair of underwear under the sink in bathroom There was a loose tap The staff are lazy Extra charges for electric on top of the room rate Guests in the pool until midnight smoking cannabis and shouting Cot was available but at a price - this is a basic need for an infant so should be provided free of charge. The shower had mould around the sealant Bins by the entrance were smelly Main door to complex banged every time it was closed, waking young children. Very strict list of breakage charges which causes unnecessary anxiety.

L'espace, l'agencement de l'appartement, la piscine, le calme des lieux, la décoration soignée, la propreté.

La route très dangereuse à traverser pour accéder à la plage par un chemin public avec une grille (accès interdit via les resorts). Besoin de taxis quotidiens ou location de voiture (courses alimentaires, animations, points d'intérêts). Électricité à payer à la fin du séjour (pas de surprise, c'est annoncé mais à prévoir). La literie des lits jumeaux peu confortable.
