Allure Apartments

Ich war schon öfters in Piran und in Allure Appartements. Diesmal in Allure 3. Schönes Appartment. Mansarde teils etwas niedrig aber dafür gleich gegenüber dem Eingang die Treppe zur Dachterrasse. Super Aussicht. Tolle Lage und Preis - Leistung auch sehr gut. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. 👍

Modern and really spacious.

It's close to the water, like most of piran The people in charge communicate promptly. I asked for a fan and got a tiny one.

The main issue is the air conditioning. There's only one old unit that doesn't work well at the entrance of the apartment for the whole thing. The rooms were really warm and when I asked I was told "well, it has been too hot". That's an unacceptable excuse for a place this pricey and that advertises air conditioning. I would not recommend this apartment in the summer, maybe some other season. There were also ants crawling on my daughters' bed. The towels were really hand towels and there was no soap in the bathroom

Location was good and it was spacious Check in was smooth

There were some areas of the apartment that seems to have not been cleaned in days/weeks. The bedside tables were not wiped down from previous guests, there were still glass ring marks on them. The floor was so dusty and dirty my 11 month old was brown with dirt. Not even the kitchen wash sponge was replaced from previous guests. The advertised air conditioner was not at all functional and it was so hot in the apartment. We ended up leaving the accommodation one night early. Hardly a decent apology from the owners and no attempt to try rectify the situation or offer for someone to come in and clean right away.

Perfect location in Piran! Easy Check- and out. Great and friendly Communication!
