Location was fine, provided you are able to walk up and down stairs.

Property claims to have clothes washer, yes it does, but only for the maids use. Locked not in the apartment but on the same floor. Parking for three cars, 10 units, street is very narrow and gravel. Not safe for car parking.

All is clean and new inside. comfortable mattress, even if small/ single fridge

Overall there is kind of poor soundproofing in the building. Also, some rooms dont have that much privacy. There is no proper curtain and the window face directly other windows in other building, with people living there.
