+ Superb value for money + Excellent location in the city centre + Helpful and very friendly hosts + Good high-speed wi-fi + The apartment has rather everything for a comfortable stay without worries We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The hosts met us well and assisted even with all the additional requests we had, such as late check-in and checkout. Next time visitng Belgrad we'll certainly look to book this property first. Just one small suggestion for improvement: if possible, adding a washing machine to the apartment would make longer stays even more comfortable

Oh it was such an amazing experience! The apartment is located in the very same heart of the old town, the market with tasty food is just across the street, plenty of restaurants to eat out - the location is unbeatable. The apartment is cute, extremely clean and fully equipped with all what may be necessary (there were even more things than I would expect from a holiday rental flat). Alexandar is a lovely human being, so kind, open minded, generous, helpful and polite that it was a pleasure to be attended to by him. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, I hope that thanks to my comment other people will have such a pleasant stay as mine.

the apartment is located very central in the city everything was spotlessly clean, Alexandar is a great host and always ready to help if there is a problem/question overall everything great, totally recommended

Aleksandar was super reactive and the communication was soft. The flat is in the center of stari grad and at 5 mn by walk from the main places to see.

No curtains at the window (but i had a mask)

Apartment is very close to Old Town and just next to the street with restaurants. Everything in the walking distance.

The apartment is with perfect location and very cozy.

The door to the bathroom has to be changed.

Very friendly and understanding host, great, but really great location, wonderful view. Clean and comfortable apartment.

A little bit noise at Saturday night, so if you are planning to stay there on Saturday night, etter to be outside till 3 a.m. in one of the famous Kafana, because also if you are in the apartment you will not sleep 🙂🙂🙂. Old elevator, old building with his charms, but smells like old a little bit.

Spacious for a studio apartment. It’s very central so it’s close to everywhere.
