Villa Katarina

The villa is very spacious and light. The location is also very nice to be in a countryside. Most importantly the host is super nice giving us some fresh vegetables from his garden and honey he produces himself. He also gave us local information and he was generous with his time. We are coming back next year again 😊

The apartment is nice, spacious and very clean. Michael met us when we arrived and showed us around. There was a baby cot and a baby chair. It was safe for the baby to crawl around the apartment freely. The views from the apartment were amazing, and the area around is quiet. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Slovenia.

We loved our stay here in the countryside. The host was super helpful and gave us information what to see nearby Mokronog. We also got some homemade honey products from the host at arrival, really good. Great apartment with fully equipped kitchen and a stunning view.

Michael and Simone were perfect hosts, who could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

It was perfect.

The apartment is exactly the same as in the photos, in nice quiet place, surrounded by beautiful nature. In apartment can be found anything you need for comfortable stay like dishwasher or cofee machine. Nearby can be found bakery, supermarkets and restaurants, it takes 5-15 minutes driving to get there. A little further are interesting viewpoints, castles and other attractions. Special thanks to very friendly landlords who told us about the surroundings, recommend the most interesting places to visit and always ready to help with any question.

Good apartman there was everything that we needed. Very good location. The host was very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is even better than it looks in the pictures. Everything you need is there and if you miss something Michael is always willing to help. Also when you are looking for something to do in the area he is able to help out. Be sure to taste some of the honey and honey liquor he makes as well. It's a very quiet area, so all you hear are birds and some water streaming down the road. Most of the days we were able to see a deer, fox or hare from the kitchen or living room window. The village (Mokronog) is in a min drive /20 min walk and has the necessary groceries/restaurants/bakery etc as well.

We thought really hard about anything that was disappointing, but still couldn't find anything.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Location is on the hill in small village, with parking in front of the house, there is no market nearby so better plan ahead if you need to buy something. It is in the same house with owner but on separate floor and with complete privacy. Wi fi is very good, mosquito nets on windows and terrace door, plenty of towels, fireplace is great advantage, a lot of tv channels, books. Miha, one of the owners, is very kind and attentive. If you need to rest and have full commodity this place is highly recommended.

Nothing significant, maybe only hot water kettler shoud be changed as it is full of limescale and big armchair to repair as it has tear spots.
