Great location. Clean and comfortable. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Communication. The host didn't reach out to me until I did. The phone number doesn't have any WhatsApp or Viber. No check-in information was sent like the other hosts have done. Also she kept texting in Serbian which isn't particularly welcoming if the guests don't know the language. Upon arrival I asked about the places to go and she said go to the center and you'll find it. Probably because of her limited English capability but it came out pretty weird to.me as she claimed she's from Novi Sad.

Apartman is absolutely at the best position in the city center I could easily go by walk everywhere! I was very satisfied with comfort inside so it's definitely great value for the price cost!

Definitely the best place for travellers in Novi Sad who want to explore the city from the inside, not from hotel windows. The flat is ideally located in the centre of Novi Sad, just two minutes from all the tourist attractions, but in a quiet and peaceful location. You do not hear the city noise and music from restaurants, but you can walk to them very quickly. Nearby is a large park for walking, currency exchange, delicious restaurants. The flat itself is not big but very cosy, clean and comfortable. It is perfect for travelling as a couple I would like to say a special thank you to a very nice, kind and understanding landlady who not only allowed us to stay with our pets, but also helped with temporary documents for tourists, always answered our questions and was in touch! Thanks to such people you fall in love with the city.
