Nahaja se v centru.

Apartma je zelo zanemarjen. Vhod je založen z suhim listjem. Po celem apartmaju je po stropu in kotih pajčevina. Zavese so polne prahu. Stranska terasa je zelo umazana in ni bila očiščena že dolgo. V kopalnici je tuš kabina dotrajana, zarjavela in obložena z vodnim kamnom. Radiator je zarjavel. Nad ometom so nad posteljami speljane cevi za vodo s katerih pada oluščena barva. Ročaji vseh oken so izpuljeno ali razmajani. Vrata v manjšo sobo se ne zapirajo. Apartma je nujno potreben temeljite obnove.

Dunkle Höhle, kalt, verrostete Leitungen im Bad! Fotos auf der homepage sind irreführend. Würden wir NIE weiter empfehlen. Lage im Dorf wäre top.
