Хорошая транспортная доступность, рядом остановки транспорта, пешком до центра минут 20. Хорошая коммуникация с хозяевами, отвечали в чате моментально. Удобные кровати и матрасы.

Очень уставшая квартира, разромастная покоцанная мебель, мотки проводов на полу, всё подключается в один удлиннитель. Отсутствие сетки или шторы на окне на кухне, если на ночь открыть окно, утро начинается с борьбы с полчищем налетевших в это окно мух. В душевой чёрная плесень вокруг окна. Шторка в душе короткая, заливает пол вокруг. Всего два крючка для личных полотенец около раковины, непонятно куда вешать банные полотенца, полотенцесушителя нет. Зеркало в комнате с какими-то разводами, посмотреться в него проблематично. На полу ламинат под замену, с многочисленными дефектами. Резюме: квартира требует ремонта хотя бы косметического.

Very central place, contactless entry (meaning you can come in late), clean, spacious, many accessories, big beds, etc. etc.

The shower head holder is a bit unusable

Clean, spacious and super comfortable - especially the beds. We were a group of 5 and everyone could get a good night's rest while still having a nice communal area to hang out. The central location makes accessing the city very easy and there is literally everything in the vicinity (cafes, supermarkets, a 24/7 store, good good places, a mcdonalds etc.). Owners have excellent communication. I highly recommend this property.

These things are mostly out of the owner's control but I feel like travellers should be wary. It's an apartment on the top floor of an older building. There is an elevator but it has a 3-person limit and was really scary to ride so we just resorted to the stairs haha. If travelling by car - it's a very central location and the parking situation is public city parking spaces. It might be a bit tricky to find a spot close to the apartment depending on what time of day you come in.

Location is perfect

Mattresses are not thick enough for me personally
