I got what I expected. Room is big, kitchen with necessary pans and dishes. Lots of materials about city (map, booklets) - you do not need to go tourist office - all was in the room! It is located close to the church so I heard church bell ringing several times which I really appreciate. I also liked direct door to the street - just open the door and you can stroll to the city center :)

Entrance door was not fully closed that resulted in some cold air going from street. I mean the door is closed in general but there was some minor space for air. I turned on radiator and all was fine so it was in general warm. But I am not that sure about comfort when temperature outside will be +5C or lower. For summer this is not a problem at all. Kitchen is really good but there were no place to prepare something. I had trouble even cutting the bread. Minor table would be really appreciated. But those negative things were not important to me, there were simple workarounds.

Nice appartment to spend a night. Free parking in front, center is near, walkable distance to everything. Owner is polite, we had late check in, and that was not a problem. Sheets and towels were smelling great :)

It is on the ground level, so be aware of the ants :D
