Very clean, equipped with all amenities. Hosts were very hospitable, provided even more fresh fruit and water, and even brought cakes.

Maybe the main street traffic is very noisy, but luckily our apartment's terrace faced the side street. We were with the car and there is free parking. Perhaps it is little too far from the city center, if you come without car.
