Izba a kúpelňa boli čisté a priestranné. Byt je priamo v centre.

Byt bol orientovaný smerom ku hlavnej ceste, takže bolo celú noc počuť hluk z ulice (doprava, húkajúce sanitky atď.) a na oknách nie sú blackout závesy. Ak vám v noci neprekáža hluk a svetlo z ulice, tak je to ideálna lokalita.
