The apertment location is perfect, the whole apartment is well-equipped and clean.

We got 2 set of keys (booked for 8 person) but unfortunatelly only one set worked and openned the inner door. First day we left the good one in the apertment and we needed to wait for 30-40 minutes to the houskeeper open the door, (after this case it was relaized that the other key is not working,) and the group had to use 1 key, sometimes it was difficult due to the different skiing skills ( the red slope is a little bit far away from here)

Nicely furnished apartment, fully equipped kitchen (really, you can cook/bake anything), many accessories for children (baby bed with sheetd, potty, baby toilet seat, high chair, toys), free sleds, indoor-outdoor parking place, big living room, netflix, books, board games, infrasauna.

Basically everything was allright, but only one toilet for 8 people was not always convenient, half of the sleds were broken, coffee machine needed a cleaning, sofa bed was not comfortable, a few lamps did not work, humidity was high in the apartment.

New and Luxury Apartment with Infra Sauna and large living room. It was our second stay here but we loved it again. Only the short staying (2 nights) was bad. The location is perfect you can reach restaurants in Donovaly by walking. The beds are very comfortable.

Only one minor thing. You need to give 200 EUR deposit in cash before you take over the keys at the Hotel reception (in Donovaly). I didn’t not read that on the description so it was first a surprise but for luck I had cash with me

Beautifully designed apartment with all the comfort one family needs. From toys to kitchen supplies, details like diapers and so on. Nice and clean. We loved it thats why we returned already second time
