This apartment is located on the fourth floor with a balcony in a new modern building. It is simple, cosy, modern and bright and it's about 30 min walk to old town ,or you have Bolt or tram 4 or 9 to get there.In area have Central mall,near have backery and cafe.I recommended everyone to choose this apartment.

Amazing location, walkable from Old Town or a few tram stops away. Very comfortable, fully equipped apartment, including A/C and washer/dryer. Parking in the garage, very close to the elevator.
