Розташування навпроти Університету. Для мене це було важливо, бо дочка студентка. Апартаменти були як раз навпроти гуртожитку. Під вікнами зупинка тролейбусу. До торгівельного центру 10 хвилин.

Було багато пилу. За шафами, на поличках, на підлозі. Не працював телевізор.

У апартаментах все сподобалося. Зручне розташування і планування квартири, наявність пральної машинки і праски, кухні, посуду, роздільних кімнат. У дворі гарний майданчик для дитини, поруч багато невеличких магазинів, недалеко торговий центр із великим супермаркетом, а головне для мене - що поруч Пряшівський університет.

Нести на 5 поверх валізи без ліфту
