Apartament de 3 camere cu baie si wc de serviciu. Locatie foarte mare si foarte curata cu mobila noua. Amplasata in spatele cladirilor de la strada cu o vedere superba catre munte si Olt. Locuri de parcare supraveghiate video

Prea multa liniste!

Apartament renovat cu materiale de calitate si finisaj superior, saltele f bune, cearceafuri si prosoape curate. Apartament destul de racoros chiar daca este la etajul 4/4. Gaza a fost flexibila si ne-a permis sa facem un check-out mai tarziu. Situat la 5 minute cu masina de Aqua Park Cozia.

Trecuse probabil mult timp de la ultima curatenie - panze de paianjen la ferestre si draperii. La bucatarie curatenia a lasat de dorit, vase murdare, blat lipicios, expresor necuratat de mult timp, dar am avut ce a trebuit pt a curata. Ar fi util si un ibric din inox sau email.

Great location in the middle of Calimanesti. Very clean and quite modern. The owner was very, very friendly, which, in my mind, makes this property worth even more... I would like to rate this property at 10/10, but it has a few small 'downsides' that need to be mentioned, but a rating of 9/10 or 9.5/10 would be accurate...

The property is on the last floor of a 4 stories building with no elevator. For us, it was not really a problem, but for older/disabled people, this might be an inconvenience. Also, the apartment does not have an AC unit. Again, we didn't feel the need for AC, but summers aren't getting any colder :) Since the property is on the 4th floor, I recommend patience while waiting for the hot water. It will come; just wait a little.

We had everything we need, and the host was very helpfull!

The cooking stove had minor problems but it worked

Clean and quiet apartament with a lovely view towards Olt and Ostrov island. Very central, with supermarket and restaurant close-by. Appartment is well equiped but still not crowded, with modern look. Host was very helful and responsive. Parking spaces nearby.
