Pine Woods Studio D113 in Silver Mountain

It is the second time I visit your establishment. I love the location near everything Poiana Brașov.

I have no negative things to say.

for the modest sum of around €200 per night (for 5 nights) we were welcomed with the door handle completely destroyed and with the door that would not close unless the key was turned. A bottle of wine as a welcome but the bottle opener destroyed. One of the two bathrooms was dirty with a line of mud residue on the tub and some hair. The bathrooms were completely bare not designed to hang even a towel which necessarily had to be hung in the radiators (very inconvenient). In the apartment there is only one bathtub which only works as a shower because the bathtub closing mechanism did not work, also without any curtain to avoid flooding the entire bathroom. The second bathroom had the toilet seat detached and in general many of the accessories of the house seemed to be assembled like children's constructions, not at all stable, in addition to mentioning the fact that the filters of the sinks and bidet needed to be changed given the water flow of water violent and not cohesive. the bedside light bulbs not working. The hairdryer was burnt and not working. The building's elevators stopped several times, on one occasion with people left inside waiting for assistance. The staff who came to try to assist were more of a waste of time and delays and were unprepared in addition to the fact that they did not speak English. It's okay that for New Year's Eve the prices are higher and you are in a mountain location, but this should not be an excuse to think about just taking the money and offering a poor service. If I had paid €40 per night then I would have given it an 8, because you can definitely leave out a lot more details.

Good location! Calm place

Every evening some alarm sounded, and some time alarm sounded 15-20 min! One day before arrival I Called manager Janine and asked about availability a Washing machine she answered “is present” but when I arrive to apparent I didn’t find! When I called manager she said “is to many room numbers we have sorry i messed up“!!!!! Immediately upon arrival, I discovered that the doors in the cabinets for things and the drawers in the kitchen were broken, I also reported this to the manager, she said that in a couple of days someone would come and fix it, in the end no one came!
