Nice apartment. Very clean and feels like home. A lot of space and easy to reach touristic sites. Host is very kind .very recommended

The surroundings were beautiful. We had an access to the garden where we enjoyed a breakfest. Just a few minutes from city center of Poprad. The house was clean and very nice. If you like dogs, the neighbouring dog is very lovely. The host was very kind and helpful, providing us with everything we needed.

There was one negligible thing - the pillows were very flat. But this can also be due to the fact that we are used to sleep on pillows that are more ergonomic. Overall, this little detail is truly irrelevant and didn’t affect are very positive opinions about the stay.

It was very clean, the bathroom was very modern. It had all the facilities needed to have a pleasant stay. The apartment was very spacious and quiet.

I tried to use the heating system in the bathroom because during the morning it can be cold (even in summer), but it didn't seem to work. Maybe the heating is off during summer, I don't know. Probably this can be fixed if you ask the owners, they live nearby.

Check-In was uncomplicated, the flat was clean, we could use the garden and its little playground, the hosts were helpful in supporting us with our inquiries, our children had some toys to play with.

The equipment of the apartment lacks a dishwasher and a washing machine. Charging one extra for taking a laundry is not so good, the same applies to extra charges for coffee capsules. The equipment was also a little bit over-technical: having no light switch in the bathroom and floor and, instead, only a sensor-system not running 24h, is annoying; the microwave was also complicated to usw. The apartment is located on the city-outskirts with no regular bus-service. Getting by foot to the city center and back is exhaustive with children.

The house and the apartment we stayed in seemed to be a newly renewed one. The apartment was very comfortable, absolutely clean, tidy, basically well equipped for 2 persons. It had big room, big kitchen and big bathroom. Each of them could be separated by doors, that is useful if you want to cook. Heating worked perfectly, it can be adjusted. Hot water comes almost immediately. Wifi is strong, parking place is next to the building. The location is in the suburb of Poprad, calm and quiet, 15-20 min by car from the Tatras. Maybe better to arrive by car but I do not know the public transport system. Hosts were kind, and speak English too, that makes communication easy for guests out of Slovakia, we really appreciated this. They live close to the apartment and were kind to offer help if we need any. It is worth returning next time too!

Maybe the thin walls. This is not really the fault of the hosts but during our stay there were some other guys upstairs and they watched the TV a little bit loud in the evening.
