Atlantis Condo & Resort by Luxury Collection Apartment

Perfect apartment and swimming pool.

Would have been better to receive the door code a few days in advance, as I did not have easy access to the Internet while travelling.

Really liked the convenience of easy and easy in& out with parking on site. Close to the elevator. Having two bathrooms was wonderful, washer ,good size balcony, and a beautiful pool view with lots of palm trees, and vegetation. Beds were comfortable and good size… each bedroom and bathroom were on opposite ends with a common area for the kitchen,living room & dining room. Traveling with family, so it was nice to have the space..

Had a problem initially with the air conditioner, but Joe was very accommodating, and the situation was taken care of immediately.

Lovely room , clean comfortable great for family.

Joe the host reply quickly and gave as much information about places to go in Pattaya.

Everything about the property is outdated. From the building, the lift and the unit. So many ants and cockroaches. The beds are squeaking and uncomfortable, even the sofa is so hard. It is not what I expected based on the reviews and pictures I saw.

Very clean, great facilities and good location.

Had a cockroach and a gecko in the condo one night. Also some ants but there was a bottle of bug killer in the condo so it was not a big deal.
