The property is very well presented and maintained. The rooms are very practical and compact and provide everything one would need. The staff were very helpful and there are a range of shops (7 Eleven, Laundry, Food Shops and Massage), just 5 minutes from your room! Taxi stand also at the front of the building. Market Village is a 20/25 minute walk away and the beach is less than a 10 minute walk. My internet was down for a few days and I was moved to another room on the same floor after I complained.

There is an elevated train track just behind the building and this is active almost 24 hours. I was on the 7th floor and the sound was very disturbing, especially late night when the train uses its horn!!! If you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue and if not, no issue!

Rooms are small, ok for a couple. Any more you will need a bigger place. Our room was only cleaned once we were there for a week. Pool not that great

The location, it was far enough away from the centre of town to be quiet but close enough to the beach and malls. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed, large TV, kitchenette and good bathroom.

Remembering to ask for the room to be cleaned, supplies to be restocked, bedding and towels to be changed. This is a partial serviced apartment certainly not a hotel.
