Great location and communication from the host

Room wasn’t cleaned on arrival. Had to contact host and while they did arrange to have it fixed within an hour, it was still disappointing walking into a dirty room after a long day of travelling.

Comfortable apartment with all you need for self-catering. It's close to shops so never run out of provisions. Pretty quiet compared to many places.

Busy main road can be tricky to cross. Otherwise, nothing.

Great communication. We arrived at 5 am and the key was with the security guard who was able to let us in. (We had included the night before in our booking). Great pool. Room was pretty quiet considering it is next to a main road and some nearby bars.

It is ‘cosy’…ie. quite small, but fine for a couple, short term.

Close to eateries, easy access. Nice pool.

Here’s the hard part. Our teenie tiny patio faced directly on the back side of Soi 80. This is the walking bar and massage parlor street. We had no idea what we were getting into, it was a quiet street when we walked the area before we rented. (When we went back by the area later in the week and discovered that they regularly set up a karaoke spot right in the middle of the street!) The excessive noise started at sundown and continued until 2 am . My Apple Watch had to be turned off as the “excessive noise” alarm went off repeatedly with ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED! We contacted the owner, who contacted the management company. They did go speak to someone about the noise, but all the noise makers did was move the karaoke machine a bit further down the road. Bottom line - unless you are nighttime party people, out until the bars close, this apartment is not recommended. We met other people who stayed in an apartment in the same complex, further away and facing the front who did not have the same problem.

Location, quiet, nice pool and fitness center.
