I booked two nights and did not stay. I want to share exactly what happened so other guests can make an informed decision. There is no staff at this property. Check-in is via an outdoor container with a password. Upon arrival, standing in considerable heat, I was sent extensive rules and financial penalties via WhatsApp that were not disclosed before payment was taken. These included fines for stained cups, wet footprints, unattended luggage and many others. My booking confirmation stated check-in from 15:00. I was informed on arrival, with no prior notice, that the room would not be available until 19:00. The security deposit process requires cash to be placed in a box and filmed. No receipt is provided. Passport photographs were requested via WhatsApp. I requested a refund which was declined by the host. I have been unable to obtain a full refund through Booking.com as the host has not responded to their enquiries either. I will leave other guests to draw their own conclusions.

Résidence très agréable avec 2 belle piscine ainsi que sauna salle de sport . Bien fréquenté et plutôt bien placé Calme et sécurisé Échange avec l’hôte très claire et réactive

L’un des deux lit était très inconfortable avec un matelas dur Ascenseur long

Was auf den Bilder zu sehen ist die größter Betrug das ist nicht das Zimmer. Zimmer sind runtergekommen. Fenster schmutzig alles schmudelig. Wände mit Händeabdrücke. Würde nie wieder das Apperment buchen. Sind rein und direkt raus und neues Hotel gebucht. Da kann man sich nicht aufhalten. WENN MAN AUF KOMFORT UND SAUBERKEIT WERT LEGT, DANN IST DAS IN ORDNUNG. Sind aber keine 4 Sterne und das ist eine verarsche mit den Bildern.
