В целом апартаменты понравились, бассейн и сауна. Заезд и выезд прошёл легко и быстро.

Запах канализации в одном из туалетов. Сначала уборку делали слишком часто, а в конце проживания дней пять не убирались.

Ideale locatie, net buiten de drukte. De ruimte was perfect om alleen of met 2 in te verblijven. Ook de faciliteiten waren top.

Responsive staff. They answer my questions on Whatsapp right away.

I didn't realize it was a condo building. I have two young kids with two suitcases and two big bags. I had to go pick up the keys...I would probably choose a regular hotel next time... The washing machine in the room is broken. The staff offered me 50 baht in cash for laundry service in the building. However the washing machine charges 60 baht and dryer another 60 baht. There is only one dryer. One cycle is 30 minutes. My clothes were not dry at all.

The property was very clean and quite central, about a km from the main beach road. Room size is reasonably small but beds are very comfortable. Overall a decent place to stay.

Rules of check in , check out are very rigid, and need to be a little adjusting with tourists. No early check in at all and the biggest issue is to store baggage, have to be dragged outside the society on the right. Also the keypad mostly never works so make sure to have what's app available to connect with the owner to get the door opened. Even after check out there is no place to store luggage at all.

Easy, clean and cheap.

Номер двухкомнатный, кухня,балкон и стиральная машинка в наличии.

Уборка не тщательная,тараканы и на кухне и в комнатах. Балкон пыльный,никогда не мылся. На полдня отключили воду,ни душа ни туалета не было эти полдня. Находится далековато от любого пляжа. Второй раз не остановлюсь.

Smell from one bathroom was unpleasant but nothing to overpowering. Brought air freshener to help
