Mexican Beachfront Condo

Everything. We visited here the third time and will continue.

Nothing. This time we felt the cleanliness had been improved from the last visit.

The second time staying here but first time with the kids. All facilities have been well maintained compared to last visit years ago.

There might be some dust mites on the bed that affect allergies in baby. Our 2-month-old baby had a runny nose every morning. Other than that, everything was very good.

The house was beautifully decorated and very close to the beach. The rooms were all air conditioned and spacious for 3 adults. One receptionist who spoke English was helpful and since no info was in the room about facilities or what to explore she kindly helped with that. There was a huge TV in the living room and a music system too.

I had read there was massage available in the fitness center but the lady said it wasn't. We did not get a change of towels over the 3 days. The toaster was quite dirty and didn't work. Some sugar was left open in a bowl. The blinds in the master bedroom toilet were broken and hanging by a thin wire to keep them closed. Hand soap was given in one bathroom only. There were no restaurants near by except Anchor Bar so not very convenient if you want to stay on the beach. It was a 10 min Walk to 7Eleven and some local restaurants. I am new to Thailand so did not realize a condo means no reception staff after 5 pm. To reach the place please type in Las Tortugas as Mexican Condo was difficult to find in Google maps.
