HuaHin DusitD2 Residences, apartments near beach

Très agréable condo extrêmement calme .pas d enfants qui crient .On peut se baigner tranquillement dans la piscine .l espace au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est confortable. Beaucoup de fauteuils et transats toujours disponibles. On peut faire des connaissances échanger avec différentes nationalités. Notre studio tres bien aménagé tres calme .Alexander est un propriétaire tres réactif et serviable .Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

La route a doublé voie que l on doit traverser pour aller à la plage extrêmement dangereuse car pas de feu rouge ni de passage clouté. Il faut aller à Blu port 10minutes à pied sous le soleil c est pénible et monter des escaliers redescendre de l autre côté. Lorsque l on est âgé c est pénible. Pas de transats sur la plage. Car beaucoup d hôtels de luxe . La piscine du condo est un peu trop froide en février pour se baigner beaucoup de personnes l on regrette également c est dommage.

Finns ingenting att klaga på

Местоположение квартиры: в шаговой доступности ТЦ Блюпорт, пляж. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяин квартиры приветливый, заботливый, всегда на связи, помогает решить все вопросы связанные с туристической сферой и бытом.

Рядом железная дорога, утром шум поезда не мешает, но ночью спать нужно с закрытым балконом.

Personalen är lite dåliga på service, vakterna är jättetrevliga.

There were many things to like about this apartment. The overall finish was very professional - nice tiles, quality appliances, large fridge, plenty of cookware, crockery and utensils. It was well furnished and didn't feel cramped at all despite its size. Importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The building is located away from the main road so you never hear road noise. It's really quiet apart from the occasional passing train. The security & reception staff are all very friendly making it a very welcoming place. There is a small gym and a decent sized pool that never gets fully used, so it never feels crowded. Location wise, it is south of the "main" intense tourist area, which to us was a huge bonus. The tourist "hub" is only a short Grab ride away or if preferred, a nice pleasant stroll along the beach. The beaches near the DusitD2 apartments (hardly a 10 min walk away) are sooooo much cleaner, less crowded, sandy and beautiful. You can see the change in the colour of the sand to a dirty grey as you approach the busy area further north with all the ponies, deck chairs, touts, etc. The apartment is however just minutes to two shopping malls & many good restaurants, though I'd favour the night markets that are closer to the main area than to the one near DusitD2.

The large glass doors of the apartment face west and whilst it gives a great clear view of the beautiful sunsets behind the mountains, it does mean that the apartment also gets the intense afternoon/evening sun. The heavy curtains do an excellent job of blocking out the heat, and the aircon cools the room, but you can't open the curtains in the afternoon if you don't want to "get cooked". Also, the train line runs not far away - not an issue for us, but for light sleepers, it could affect your sleep. Though the frequency of passing trains is pretty low. These are just minor and should definitely not affect your decision. It's a great apartment to be in.
