Great location, very nice host, convenience (7-11, laundry, massage in the building), fairly large room with a separate kitchen and also all was clean.

The AC was quite old and very loud so we could not have it on during the night and also it is not the quietest place. Our apartment was close to the stairway, we could hear the elevator and 7-11 rings all night.
