It’s very clean and in a very convenient location. Ae responds quickly to our needs.

Couldn’t be helped but wasn’t a major issue because usually we’re out but renovations were noisy if home at times during the day and not sure but probably the same everywhere a bit noisy at late night with motorcycles screaming down the road

It has the best location around Nimman area. Within ten minutes walk to Maya mall and one nimman, warm-up cafe is almost next to you, and Ristretto(2017 world barista latte art champ ) is also near by. And it’s still very quiet in the room! The owner also provides high quality facilities including very quiet air conditioner, a microwave oven, a huge fridge and also water heater. Laundry shop is just down stairs. Love staying at this place and will definitely come back again.

The room is spacious and clean with all the inclusive amenities. The bed is comfortable and soft.

The apartment is very old and not renovated. I felt unsafe from the atmosphere even though there was nothing bad happened to me.
