Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartments, perfect for the family. The area is safe and calm, but close to all attractions. Koray is a perfect host, very friendly and careful. So we felt like home in his apartments.

Sometimes there was smell outside because of chicken

The location is great, very close to the town center and the beach is 5 minutes by foot. The property is close to everything: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, mini-markets. There is a bakery around the corner, right by the Sok market - a great place for a quick breakfast

A perfect rental for a family or even two families. The apartment is in top shape, all appliances work great. Location could not be better. A ton of space including three balconies. Two bedrooms and a guest room all have independent AC units. Add fantastic management with great attitude and you end up with a 10+ option for your vacation in sunny Kemer.

Apartment and its location great. The neighbourhood is safe and silent in general. Everything is in walking distance. The owner is very kind and helpful.

We were at the Alpat Homes in July. It's a very comfortable, large apartment. There's a big living room with a kitchen which has everything necessary for your life. The apartment is in the center of Kemer. But it's quiet enough. The beach is nearby, in a five-minute walk. There are many shops and supermarkets near Alpat Homes. The landlord is very friendly. He answered all questions very quickly and helped us. We were very happy to stay at Alpat Homes.

We liked everything.

Internet was really bad at first, after asking Mustafa he fixed it, I cannot say it was good, it was usable. Sometimes I had to switch to mobile internet.
