"Great bang for the buck"

Great bang for the buck. Location and what you get for the money paid is very, very good. Big spacious apartment, with nice amenities and a great terrace with splendid view. Parking is always reserved for the guests, so its another big plus. Connection with the landmarks of the city within walking distance. You can't ask for more.

Minor remark, in regards to the bathrooms. The smaller bathroom floor tends to get very wet and slippery due to missing shower curtains. Please be careful when using it. Also, both bathrooms have minor issues with the water drainage, as the water gets stuck. But this is not a huge deal and can be easily resolved.
