"Outstanding."

Excellent large condo at top of Soi 5 by Immigration centre - near everything a 3 minute walk to baht bus on Beach rd. Everything inside condo was thought of to a high level. A large tv with many movie channels and some UK ALSO. More than adequately equipped and impeccibly clean. Carsten and his wife were always on call to any problems and were exceptional hosts .I had other accomadation booked but liked the property that much we asked could we stay further and gladly they werent booked so we spent our entire stay in Jomtiem there. Thank you both .

Just thought furniture was just a little dated sorry guys .

"What a great place it is!!"

Definitely stay here next time again. Very close from local market named Rompo. Host is super kind. Room prepared everything. Close to the Jomtien beach. Bolts go everywhere. None of things are bad. See you next year Carsten!!

I'm sure that it ain't your problem. But just in case, I think Insect (especially flea) prevention should be done from time to time your place as well. I don't know where I got bites ㅜㅜ

"This was my second stay here and enjoyed it as much as the first.This is my go too place in Jomtien"

I like the size of the condo being an older building.The balcony is huge with a great view over the pool.This is the second time I have stayed here and I had a wonderful relaxing time.It is in a great location with plenty of nightlife around and very close to the beach.

There is nothing I dislike about the condo I felt very much at home.

"Home from home"

You find everything around within walking distance (shops, gym, laundry, restaurants, beach etc). Is a very quite and clean condominium, with 24H security. The studio was comfortable enough for us, we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts - OMG!!! Lek with her high sense of practicality and Carsten, to whom nothing is impossible or too much trouble. They really made everything to accommodate our needs, very kind and helpful people.

The kitchen cabinets and drawers needs a deep cleaning.
