Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are good. The gym is quite good too.

Breakfast :-( seven days the same and all the hot food is quite greasy and fried. I only had coffee and sometimes watermelon. Otherwise I bought oats and fruits and had it in my room.

"Good stay for a week"

Location is good, walk distance to the centre with many cafes and restaurant. The massage was also excellent - thank you! Breakfast had good variety, plus there was an egg baker to get fresh baked egg/omelette.

We got stuck in the elevator for three minutes, the door would not open - alarm ring & phone don’t work / the staff won’t pick up the phone. Afterwards by telling this story to the reception, the lady showed not really empathy and understanding. Plus they haven’t fixed it - after few days we got stuck again.
