Jasmin Elite Residence & SPA

Great facilities, multiple pools for different blocks, also an indoor pool which. Very good gym. Location was great 5 min walk from the beach (beach wasn't great though). Near the nightlife of Gumbet and also 5 min drive to Bodrum marina. Bodrum windmills were a 5 min walk (best views of Bkdrum and Gumbet). Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good with many options

The hotel is located relatively close to the city center — about a 20-minute walk — and only 5 minutes from the beach ;) More importantly, the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming ;)

The staff were phenomenal, very friendly and accommodating. Special Thanks to Mecid, Ibrahim, Burcu, Songul and Ridvan. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bodrum.

I recently stayed at Jasmine Elite Residency with my wife, and overall, we had a very nice and comfortable experience. As per my prior request, the hotel management kindly arranged a room for us on the first floor with a beautiful view. Our room was facing the pool and mountains, with a partial view of the Bodrum sea as well. The room was nice, clean, and well maintained. The hotel management was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Songul at the reception. She was very kind and supportive. If I am not pronouncing her name correctly, then apologies to her. She arranged taxis for us multiple times and always assisted us with a smile. The best part was that she and her manager allowed us extra time for checkout, as our flight was at 6 PM. They kindly extended our checkout time until 3 PM, which was a big favor for us. We are truly grateful to them for this support. The breakfast was very good and delicious. The restaurant staff was also very nice, polite, and attentive. My only suggestion is that the breakfast menu could include a few more items to make it even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Elite Residency and would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Bodrum. Once again full marks for Songul :-)

I tried the Turkish Hamam at the spa. It was a nice experience, but I would rate it 7 out of 10, as I feel the spa services can be improved further.

The gym was honestly very good and well equipped. As someone who works out regularly, I really appreciated it. The spa area was also nice and relaxing. The hotel is okay for the price overall.

I booked this hotel because of the very high ratings, but personally I would rate it closer to a 7/10 than a 9/10. The welcome at reception felt quite cold. The room smelled like cigarettes when I arrived. I found dirt under the bed (including chips), so the cleaning standards did not feel great. During the stay, housekeeping mostly changed towels and made the bed, but the floor and tables were often still dirty. The hotel is very noisy and attracts a party-type crowd. You can easily hear music and noise from nearby rooms because the walls are thin. The hotel restaurant is extremely expensive for what you get, so eating there every day will quickly cost a lot. I also did not enjoy the breakfast personally.
