It was close to my family, which is why it was chosen. It has good transport links e.g. train and boats Communication with host regarding key collection / drop off was excellent. Wifi worked without any issues. Beds and linen was clean. The apartment smelt clean on arrival. Some commentary toiletries were provided.

Some days there was a feint smell of sewage. The cats made a lot of noise most nights. There was a used razor in the shower which was left by the previous tenant and missed during the clean of the property before our arrival.

Many sights can be reached from the flat in just a few minutes. The flat is very clean, without a lot of frills but very pleasant and original. The kitchen has everything you need. The couch in the living room is very cosy, as is the bed in the bedroom. 2 bathrooms are practical and 2 balconies offer retreats for smoking or reading. Anyone who loves Turkey is right in the middle of it here. We recovered here after an operation and felt very comfortable.

This here is the real international Turkey. Perhaps this is not for someone who prefers to live in the 'Hilton' or 'Astoria'. But for those who like to participate in real life and are self-sufficient: this is a nice place and you be in good hands.

Great location in one of the best regions in Izmir. The appartments are well equipped and offer all kinds of amenities. The host is very amiable and speaks English, so the communication is very easy.

We had a superb stay in Teslime's apartment. Our previous accommodation in Istanbul was cramped and uncomfortable. Teslime's place was the opposite: spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you might need. It is close to the ferry, which takes you to the Kordon area. Teslime herself was extremely helpful with organising transport and answering questions. She even brought us some delicious home made sarma, made by her mother! She speaks perfect English, which is a great help in Izmir. The accommodation is also excellent value for money. Altogether a wonderful stay.
