Расположение, центр, рядом филармония и ратуша.

Дом очень старый, скорее сталинка в подьезде грязно, лестничные перила сильно шатаются. Стиральная машина не рабочая. Диван старинный, разваливается

Розташування просто прекрасне самий центр. Є все необхідне для життя. Власники потурбувався. Якщо не плануєте проводити в квартирі багато часу а просто як поспати чи в душ то варіант хороший

Будинок старий, як і всі будинки в центрі. У під'їзді був неприємний запах. Оскільки помешкання в центрі то до комендантської годинни буде шумно. Квартира не дуже затешна

Квартира знаходиться в центрі міста біля Королівської пивоварні. Є посуд. Квартира чисто переночувати.

Маленька квартира з низькими потолками. Маленькій санвузол де шторка не достає підлоги та вода льється на підлогу. Ремонт треба освіжити.
