Місце розташування приміщення: 5 хвилин до вокзалу. Всі зручності в квартирі, чисто.

Стан під'їзду, дерев'яні сходи, що дуже скриплять, в під'їзді немає світла. Але це питання, мабуть, до всього будинку. ціна, як на мене, трошки завищена.
