Нам змінили адресу оренди, тобто саму квартиру, в день заїзду, через форс-мажор з боку орендаря, та збільшили суму за нову квартиру.

Нічого

Власник запропонував іншу квартиру, так як ця начебто була зайнята за ту ж ціну, погодились бо були в дорозі і треба було переночувати. Самостійне прибуття, гроші на карту, передплата. Квартира брудна, вікна теж, посуд жахливий, рушники брудні з плямами, неприємний запах, таргани, мухи і саме жахливе це клопи!!! Не квартира , а жахіття. Будьте обережні.

I'm so sorry to say that but the apartment was not in a good condition. Unfortunately, we had a misunderstanding at the very beginning of my stay. The host told me I should pay more than it was on Booking.com after I showed my booking she said it was a mistake. The next day the washing machine stopped working and the boiler too cause it was an electrical issue. The host fixed it the next day, but my clothes were damaged. Also, this apartment wasn't clean, l found rubbish and mud under the bed. Such a poor cleaning so disappointing. Another issue is bad soundproofing. I had an extremely noisy neighbour. Almost every evening he/she had a party. It was lots of issues with this apartment. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. Sorry for that.
