Зручне місцерозташування, наявність всього необхідного для проживання.

Квартира досить втомлена по ремонту, як на мене не відповідає заявленій вартості, чистота не на високому рівні, плюс після виїзду господарі заявили до букінгу, що ми не приїхали, щоб не оплачувати комісію. Тому завжди спілкуйтесь виключно через повідомлення в додатку букінг, щоб ви потім могли підтвердити своє проживання доказами!!!

Гарне розташування у центрі Київа, простора квартира, ввічливий та чуйний персонал.

Неприємний запах, застаріли меблі у вітальні, фешенебельний ремонт але для 2000х років, на весні у квартирі було прохолодно

Досить простора квартира-студія, світла та чиста, є ліжко і диван, в самому центрі міста, було самозапилення- і це було дуже легко. Все необхідне було і в цілому сподобалось.

Трохи замалий бойлер - не вистачило гарячої води. І електрочайник на кухні сам не вимикався, треба було вимикати вручну.
